We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it — and we cover the return postage.
How to return something
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and the return address.
- Pop the items back in their packaging, attach the label, and drop it at the post office.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s done. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show up.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s not what you ordered, email us a photo and we’ll sort it out straight away with a replacement or a full refund
